 I have saved myself from suffering back pain due to excess weight.  Yeah, I know and acknowledge what the problem is, and will remedy it fast. This  waist trimmer is the best on the market.  Its big enough for stomachs up to a 46" waist.  Very durable to wear every day.   Compare the price to others on the site.  I buy 2 at a time.  It will last at least 6 months with daily wear.  This is a much better then pills or doctor visits and gives you time to lose the weight that causes back pain.  No one wants surgery either!   After 365 days its time to change the calendar. Truth be told, the years get harder the longer you stay on this planet.  People don't tell you this, but its true. This is the main reason I don't continue blogs or posting regularly.  The stats say I'm getting visitors but there are no comments.  Do you really think I just want to send my thoughts and feelings out in the cosmos without getting feedback? I'm so excited!  I recorded an acappella  EP!  It is an 13 track album titled "Heavenly Mantras Volume 1 - Songs of a Nazarite" with 9 songs and 4 Holy Bible scripture readings.  The total time is 8 minutes.  It is great to sing along to praise the Creator and listen to as a form of meditation.
