I was complimented the other day - "You have beautiful skin!" I have a great system of items I use to make my skin healthy and clear.

If you are constantly in and out of the elements like rain, snow and high winds, it is important to protect your skin.  Along with a good food diet, these skin care products have given me great results.

It all starts with a good cleanser.  I have two that I trade off a couple of days each. The first is St. Ives Acne Control Daily Face Cleanser.  Washing the face removes dirt, oil, and bacteria, preventing acne, promoting clear skin, reducing breakouts, and maintaining overall skin health and hygiene.  The second cleanser is an unscented vegetable based soap.  I like Trader Joe's Oatmeal & Honey Soap.

Next, we need to tone the skin.  A skin toner balances pH, tightens pores, removes residual impurities, and preps skin for moisturizer, enhancing hydration, and promoting a refreshed complexion.  I use witch hazel.  I use a store brand from my local drug store.  Make sure it is at least 86% witch hazel.  Here's one by AmazonBasics.

Step 3 is to moisturize.  Hands down the best for the face is Mario Badescu Skincare Facial Spray. Only four or five pumps across the face is all it takes.  Moisturizing after toning hydrates skin, prevents dryness, reduces fine lines, and maintains a supple, radiant complexion for overall skin health.

Lastly, a thin cost of Plant Therapy Organic Shea Butter seals the deal!
